We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. Our orders are original creations created for our buyers one at a time. Once your order is placed production commences.

All of our original artwork products are produced after you submit your order. Our products are made in collaboration with multiple companies around the globe who all have different shipping ports. Most of our products take 7 - 14 days to arrive, but there are some that may take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Some products require patience but from our experiences ordering and wearing each product, they are all worth the wait.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns for manufacturing defect in product.

We use FedEx for all U.S. orders.

We work with shipping companies in the USA, Canada, Australia, France, Spain, Italy, China, U.K. and Germany.

Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.

We do not offer exchanges or returns. We offer a free replacement or a refund for the order if you email photos of manufacturing defects in product within 15 days after delivery.

A photo of manufacturing defect return must be submitted to info@hummingbirdwarriors 15 days after the shipping date. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered.

Please allow 7-15 business days for us to receive your order. Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.

When developing a product, we choose countries that are best-in-class at the desired raw material fiber and quality, over less expensive labor.
